Requirements to access the Recycling Center

Rockdale County this facility for the benefit of its residents.

****Commercial customers are not allowed****

Effective February 1, 2026, a tag will be required for trash, bulk waste, and tree debris.  

****A tag is NOT REQUIRED for plastic, cardboard, glass, tires, and aluminum cans. **** 

Annual Fee: $150

Senior Citizens (60 and older): $100

The Annual Period spans from February 1st to January 30th. The 2026 Full User Tags will be valid from February 2026 to January 2027. Full User Tags purchased in December will include December 2025 and January 2026 for the 2026 Full User Tags period.

Purchasing a tag:

Tags can be purchased at the Recycling Center – 1200 Sigman Rd. Conyers, GA 30012 between 9am and 4pm Tuesday thru Saturday

Required documents:

1. A copy of a valid Georgia driver’s license or a state-issued ID
2. A utility bill, mortgage statement, rental agreement, or other documentation dated within the last 30 days to verify residency in Rockdale County.

Purchasing online:  

Step 1: Complete the application and email it to RockdaleRecycling@rockdale26.soliademo.com. Residents may attach supporting documents to the email or provide them in person when picking up their tag.

Step 2: Payment – Please click the button below and follow the instructions to make your payment. 

Step 3: Visit the Recycling Center to pick up your tag. If you did not email your supporting documents, please bring them with you on the day of pickup. A tag cannot be released without the verification of these documents and your application. (Applications are available in person)
