Vendors needed for Upcoming Annual Employee Appreciation Fair 2026

Rockdale County Government is excited to invite you to participate in our: 

2026 Employee Wellness Fair 

This event will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Johnson Park, 1781 Ebenezer Rd SW. Conyers, GA, 30094.  The Rockdale County Employee Wellness Fair is a fun and educational event for our employees designed to promote health and wellness. 

 The goal of this event is to: 

• Provide free health and fitness screenings, information, and educational materials. 
• Educate employees on available benefits. 
• Motivate our employees to choose a healthy and fit lifestyle. 
• Improve the quality of life for our employees and their families. 
• Present fun and educational workshops on a variety of health, fitness, and benefits topics. 
• Highlight resources available within the Rockdale community.  

Event will begin promptly at 11am and end at 3pm. Check-in & Set-up is between 9:00 -10:30 am the day of the event. We are expecting about 400 employees/family members to attend the Fair. Each participant will be provided a standard 6’ (length) x 2 ½’ (width) table with 2 chairs (no tents will be provided). You are encouraged to bring additional signs, displays or any other materials you find helpful for these types of events. Also, there will be NO electrical power provided. Parking is conveniently located in the parking lot of Johnson Park. There is no charge for a booth. This is an outdoor event. 

During our Fair we will raffle off giveaways so if your organization would like to donate an item, please let us know on the enclosed registration form.  

To participate please complete the attached registration form and return to Ecoria Walker at ecoria.walker@rockdale26.soliademo.com, no later than Friday, August 7, 2026.  It is important we receive your registration by this deadline.
