Site Inspection:  performed by the Erosion Control Specialist to insure that all required Erosion and  Sediment Control measures are in place before the Land Disturbance Permit is issued (read more here).

Footing Inspection:  to be made after excavations are complete and all reinforcing steel is in place; when fill dirt is used to support footings, an engineer’s report of satisfactory compaction shall be available to the inspector at the time of inspection.

In-Slab Plumbing:  to be made after all plumbing is installed (before it is covered).

Concrete Slab:  when all prep work is complete, the concrete slab will be inspected prior to the placement of concrete.

Combination Rough Inspections:  includes framing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical performed prior to the insulation.

Final Electric:  to be made after the electrical panel is complete and the building is secure.

Bonding Inspection: to be made prior to the pool deck being installed to insure that all metal parts are bonded.

Final Pool:  to be made after the pool is 100% complete and any required fencing is installed.
