Public Facilities Authority

Purpose of the Public Facilities Authority :

The legislation creating the Authority (the “Act”) states that the purpose of the Authority is to provide public buildings, facilities, equipment, and services for the citizens of the County. The Authority was created for the specific purpose of assisting the County with the financing of certain of its capital projects.
