The Rockdale Coalition of Homeowners and Civic Associations (RCHCA) is dedicated to bridging the gap between Rockdale County and its community by sharing vital information on ongoing projects and initiatives. Through a network of homeowners and civic associations, we strive to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Representing over 70 local homeowner associations and civic groups, RCHCA facilitates direct communication between citizens and various County departments and offices. Updates, County news, and relevant information are regularly shared via email, ensuring that our community stays informed about crucial developments in Rockdale County.
