Throughout the Rockdale County UDO Update process, a series of proposals, draft documents, and supporting materials all shaped by community input and aligned with the County’s long-term goals will be shared here for public review and feedback.

Each draft of the proposed Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is available below. Documents labeled “Text Amendment 2026-01,” “Text Amendment 2026-02,” and “Text Amendment 2026-03” are draft versions that have been, or are currently being, considered through the public hearing process.
